Resource Development Officer:
POSITION TITLE/STATUS:
Resource Development Officer - Annual Fund
Full-time, 40 hrs/wk., Exempt
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to Executive Director
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
The Resource Development Officer - Annual Fund is charged with the responsibilities of managing operations related to annual core funding, such as grants, special events, direct mail, online giving, and donor acquisition, retention, and recognition activities. In addition, he or she is charged with grant analysis and evaluation, including government grant reporting and management. Position works closely with Executive Director, Resource Development Committees, agency administration, the Board, and employees.

B. Office and Computer skills, especially fund development database software
C. Data analysis and grant reporting experience
D. 5+ years Resource Development experience
E. Non-profit management experience
F. Staff Supervision experience
G. Fiscal Management experience
